Night Sweats before period?
Does anyone get this right before their period? Not a hot flash, but like literally drenching sweat in the middle of the night? I've noticed a trend in that it is a couple of days before my period starts. This started probably last Summer. I'll be 40 this year. Premenopause? Am I doomed to have these all the time now? So annoying!

Yes!!! Exact thing happens to me. I once thought I wet the bed because I was so drenched lol! I'm 38 so I don't know if it's peri menopause or what - although my cousin who is 26 says it happens to her too.

Night Sweats before period?
I'm 33 and it's been happening to me for the last 8+ years. When I was pregnant/post partum, I never got them. I assume it's related to a decrease in progesterone right before AF comes. My dr did not seem concerned.

Yes!! Had this about 10 years ago (@25) and then my last period. Waking up drenched but then cold! It stops once period came.

Me too. I am 45 and still on the pill. As soon as I stop the pills and take the inactive ones, this happens every night until my period comes. Its definitely hormonal, probably peri-menopause.

Yup - definitely happens to me every few months (like about 3 times a year). Usually it's 2 days before my period. Has been happening for as long as I can remember (at least since I had kids).

Yep. I'm 31 and just started experiencing this about 4 months after giving birth. The joys of being a woman!

I went to a new GYN last week. He asked if I had hot flashes or sweats, no I dont, yet
He started talking about Peri menopause
 I said, please dont mention that word.
has asked if Im "dry vag wise" is intercourse painful, oy
