It took me a minute but at the end, was that Robert that they were showing on the beach? And not for nothing but are we supposed to believe that he's suddenly alive after all this time? I would hope that its a "flashback" to right after the crash.
And if it is Robert, I feel bad for Liam....
Are we thinking that Simon's bones are gone and thats why she made that face?
I know its terrible but I felt bad for Tom

I thought Simons bones were gone by the way the hole had light shining out of it. Like it was empty.
Yes, it's Robert. I assumed he is laying in a beach somewhere after the crash (and all this time) to throw in a spin with Liam being the next King. Didn't even think it would be a flashback, but that would make more sense.
I felt bad for tom too. Although I felt bad for Simon bc he really had nothing to do with any of the drama and murders.

I think it was a flashback to when Robert's plane crashed.
I also think Simon's bones may be missing.
Do you mean Ted instead of Tom?
I found it strange how Ted became the villain this season. I guess it was a build up with those imaginary conversations he was having with his wife. She was so loving at the beginning and then not at the end. I wonder if it was planned from the beginning that he would be the murderer because I did not anticipate that the first season.

Its funny, I dont think that they had ever mentioned the last name of the Royal family and last night it was mentioned so many times! I guess that was why, so we knew to connect the name at the end
And I agree with the PP, I think its Ted, not Tom 
I just can't imagine that Robert has been laying there the entire time. He probably is somewhere with no memory

Ted was always the killer. When they filmed the 1st season they put it in there incase the show wasn't renewed so there was closure. It was aired somewhere so many people knew, but not here I believe. I still don't get why he killed him. It just doesn't make sense.

I am excited to see what happens know that it looks like Robert isn't really dead and where has he been hiding all this time?
I wonder who or what is in the grave? It can't be Simon. My guess would be Robert grabbed him and the are somewhere together hiding.
I hate that it was only 10 episodes and we have to wait until fall. It really is a good show when it wants to be. I just felt like half of the episodes were filler and then the last 2 went to fast to catch up or understand.

Ted killed Simon because he believed he was the cause of his wife's death... She was shot in an assignation attempt on King Simon.
I just finished watching the finale... I can't WAIT for the new season to start!

Helena wanted to get Simon's bones to test once and for all if Liam was his son because she feels he's the rightful heir to the throne. They went to his tomb, took sledgehammers to it and it ended with Helena and her assistant looking into the hole with their mouths wide open.
Did you also miss the part with Robert?
