best real estate out east?
Joe Savio from Douglas Elliman ( I think his office is in Hampton bays). He's actually working for the seller on a flip house I'm buying but he's really easy to work with, very knowledgable and not lazy even on smaller deals. I would list to sell with him in a heartbeat.
