Re: Can I get away with this dress for the fall/winter?

yes!
i actually tried it on in the store

only reason i didnt buy it was because it felt very stepford wives or donna reed
and the skirt was puffier than i though

its adorable though..i just didnt know where i would wear it

eta- my figire may have affected how the skirt fell on me though..the bow around the weaist was high on my waist and therefore my hips brough the skirt out alot at the sides

Re: Can I get away with this dress for the fall/winter?

Definitely!! You could add a cute sweater over it, its its chilly, and a pair of high boots would look hot. Im too short for that look Chat Icon

um, i don't know. i have a similar dress and it's packed away with my summer stuff simply because i would freeze my azz off no matter how many layers i added to it..

I almost ordered it! It's so cute! I think with the 3/4 sleaves you can def. get away with it during a warm fall day.

Re: Can I get away with this dress for the fall/winter?

I think it's appropriate, just not my style. It's one of those styles that I think looks great on everyone else but me.

I have it in brown. It looks even better on! I plan on wearing it w/ my knee high boots.

Very cute. I think you can definitely wear it in the fall, but it seems kind of lightweight for winter.
