Crampy contractions
So I've been having contractions for at least a week with no pain at all. This morning I think I lost my mucous plug and had bloody show and I've been having crampy contractions since 8am. They're not getting stronger or closer together. Has anyone experinced this? Will things speed up at some point? Anything I can do to move things along?

Crampy contractions
Walk as much as you can. A lot of people also say sex works. Good luck!

I don't have any advice but how'd you know you were having contractions if there was no pain?

How far along? Call your OB, I had cramps when I was in labor , never full on contractions
