New Front Door
We want to put in a new front door and add sidelights. I know the cost will depend on the type of door (I like fiberglass with glass) but can anyone share an approximate cost of installation of the door and sidelights?? TIA!
ETA: Also any recommendations on who you used, please! We're in Suffolk.

Re: New Front Door
New front door is about 1000-3000. New screen door is 350-500. From Home Depot.

Thanks for the response . I probably wasn't clear in my post but I meant the total price for installation of the door and the sidelights as well.

Re: New Front Door
You would likely need an electrician to give you pricing on that. For the door you could go to home depot or Lowe's and they would be able to sell you a door and install it. Otherwise you are looking at a contractor who will subcontract out both of the jobs and would charge you a lot more.

Thank you! I will try Home Depot

Does your door already have sidelights? If so then it's an easy pop out and pop new one in. If you don't then it's a bigger job.
And no electrician involved. Sidelights are Windows...I think the previous poster was confused.

I just recently used royal Windows and doors, they had a great selection and you can customize anything to how you want.

New Front Door
We recently got a new front door. Cost depends on brand/quality of door. After doing our research, ProVia doors are generally considered the best, and then Thermatrue doors. Then there are doors manufactured by companies with their own label. Even within each brand, there are levels of quality. We went with a fiberglass ProVia door with 1/3 glass and love it. Did it through a authorized ProVia seller that included installation. Total cost was around $3K and they did a great job installing. All installers were employees of company and not subcontractors. Didn't get sidelights, which would have been more.

No existing sidelights.
Then this is a decent size job and I wouldn't use HD since it's not just a swap out.
