prenatal yoga
Hi Mamas!
I have been referred to prenatal yoga and I have no idea where to start. Does anyone have any recommendations on a location?

If your close to the South Shore of Nassau, I really loved Breathe and Flow on Atlantic Avenue in Freeport/Baldwin. They have great packages too and sometimes groupon deals.

Not sure where you are located, but if you can go to Forest Hills, Queens, I highly recommend the prenatal class taught by Michele at Genesis Studio.
She is awesome!!!
