Favorite Salads?
I just found this one to try and it got me thinking: what is your favorite salad?

Favorite Salads?
When I used to work near Hale & Hearty in Carle Place I would always get a chopped romain salad with grilled chicken, beets, goat cheese (or fresh mozz), and edamame (or sun flower seeds), with their H&H dressing. I miss that salad! lol

Local diner by me makes one of my fav salads. Romaine, roasted peppers, chick peas, tomatoes, cucumbers and croutons. So good.

harvest cobb salad
I make mason jar salads every week for dh and I to have for lunches. Usually baby spinach, red peppers, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, grilled chicken, pecans, craisins, apple, cheddar or feta, and some kind of vinaigrette.

I love the salad at the Parkway Rotisserie by my job.
It has greek olives, red onions, tomatoes and the most amazing grilled chicken and the balsmaic dressing they give with it is to die for.
(it's actually a greek salad but I ask them to leave out the feta because i hate feta)
I also like to put walnuts and dried cranberries in my salads, with balsamic dressing

I hate my salads chopped. I don't care what's in them as long as I have peppers and tangerines and a ton of vinegar. It satisfies all my cravings so I'm not looking for cookies or ice cream afterwards

Favorite Salads?
There is a place on the UES that has the BEST balsamic dressing. I get mixed greens, balsamic chicken, apples, blue cheese, walnuts and either olives or craisins depending on whether I want sweet or salty. And then balsamic on top. I craved it my entire maternity leave and beelined for the place my first day back! So filling and so, so good.

Favorite Salads?
Chopt (in the city) makes the best salad!!
There is a pizza place in Garden City that makes a great salad. The sweet balsamic is the best! Wish I could buy it lol
During the week I usually make my own-baby spinach, grilled chicken, apples or strawberries, walnuts, feta, craisins, avocado and whatever dressing I have.

Favorite Salads?
since I don't think you asked where to buy a salad but WHAT is my favorite.
Right now Im loving a roasted beet salad with chick peas, and some Boston lettuce. I like an arugula, avocado, Mozzarella cheese and cherry tomato salad with vignette

I'm obsessed with romaine and red cabbage, parsnips, raw asparagus, chick peas, raw beets and walnuts with Newmans own creamy balsamic. Add goat cheese?
