Cramping during the 2ww

I had back to back IUIs on Sun & Mon. This was an injectable iui cycle and I triggered Sat night. Mon, a couple hours after the iui, I started having really bad cramping and feeling very bloated. It was way worse when I was standing. I drank lots of water that day and went right to bed when I got home. I felt a little better the next day. I started the Crinone on Tues morning and felt ok the rest of the day but starting on Wednesday, the cramping has continued. It comes and goes. It feels like period cramps and a heaviness in my lower left side- the side I ovulated on. Anyone experience this?

Progesterone can cause cramping.

my very last IUI seminal fluid got into my uterus and caused cramping worse than when I was in labor. I thought I was dying.

maybe some fluid got into the uterus and is giving you cramps.

and then I ruptured a cyst that cycle as well. Could be your ovaries going back to normal after the trigger shot.
