Spectra Pump and Dr. Browns
Can you pump directly into Dr. Brown's bottles from the spectra pump? I know it works for Medela, but I want to get a Spectra pump because it's a better one!

I'm interested in this as well. I registered for the LATCH bottles because I read that they ease the transition from breast to bottle. Also, do you know what attachments are needed to pump into storage bags? My insurance is covering the spectra so I got lucky there.

I think the pump comes with all of the attachments you need to pump into the storage bags. I think you need to use Spectra storage bags, though

The bottles it comes with are wide neck. You'd have to buy an adapter with a smaller opening to pump directly into dr. Browns.
I just pump into the spectra bottles and pour into the dr brown bottles...or bags if I'm freezing.

I have the spectra storage bags along with lanisoh on my registry. I have a friend that uses the lanisoh ones and she swears by them. If they don't work, I'll just return them..

This is what I would do.

Not what you asked, but I have a Medela PISA and a Spectra and much prefer my Medela. And no, you can't pump directly into Dr. Browns bottles.
