Tonight was a huge salad with a dijon dressing I made, topped with Morningstar chick'n patties.

Tonight we grilled steak pinwheels I bought at the butcher (they had mozzerella, basil and garlic) with sweet potato fries and corn.



sounds yummy. I need to find these pinwheels.

It's a glorified toaster oven. But quick and cooks evenly. I love it

Yesterday was hot dogs, potato salad, baked beans, and corn.

Tonight is probably meatball heroes.

And tomorrow I'm praying DH agrees to pizza because I literally have no desire to meal plan anymore.

Tonight is chicken and garlic peanut sauce with stir fried broccoli and brown rice. Thank you home chef!





I cant for my life figure out how to make good stir fry anything :( Everything always comes out soggy no matter what I do...

Today I made porcupine meatballs thanks to my coworker.

Also plan to make turkey or chicken stroganoff.

I cook my dinners on Sunday so I come home from work and not have to cook.
