I feel like everytime I open a picture of these 2 it's exactly the same.
Her in a tight dress and heels, at night, being led out by him on his arm, sometimes buzzed, sometimes not, and him looking insane and unwashed or strung out.
Same picture- different outfits. That's it
And the dress isn't very flattering here and for a woman who used to have an extension line, her extensions look horrendous here

Not a good dress for her - hugs her mid-section too much.
And I agree with PP. Every picture I see of her lately she looks trashed and he looks like he's the only thing holding her up.

It's probably a combination of bad angle, too tight a dress and some bloat.
I look like that after a big meal or if my period is due.
