Breakout-don't want to scar!
I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant and have all the lovely hormonal stuff that goes along with it. I just broke out on my neck. It developed from the inside and is red, sore, and very noticeable. Would love to hear your suggestions of how to deal with this thing so it's gone quickly and doesn't scar.

I have recently started using the Mario Badescu Drying Lotion and i swear by it now. put it on before you go to bed and it shrinks it overnight and then wash it off in the morning.
or maybe even try a warm compress. or even toothpaste to dry it out (the paste kind, not the gel)

To avoid scaring just don't pick or pop.
Leave it to heal on it's own and you should be ok

Toothpaste. The past kind. Put on overnight. Or to take the red and swelling out of it just put a bit of Neosporin on it and it will shrink.

This stuff is amazing. I used to have cystic acne. When I was pregnant with DD, I couldn't use any of my regular meds. I bought a bottle of drying potion out of desperation. It was phenomenal!!

I agree with the toothpaste to help dry it
For the redness, put some visine on it. It should help a little
