Switching OB's - need advice on which to choose (with Poll)
#2 - the first doesn't even seem like a practical option. I was 30 mins. from my hospital and it never even fazed me.

You def made the right choice !!! It's so funny bc I live in park ridge and a lot if my friends have switched over to dr. Fallon !! Good luck !!! I have heard only good things about her !! I used dr. Dicker in Westwood and love him !!! He delivered both my kids ! I also delivered at pascack valley hospital and had an awesome experience !!! Let me know if you have any other questions ! Best of luck to you !
SO funny - Dr. Dicker was my other choice if I couldn't get in with Fallon. I've heard phenomenal things about him. I only went with Fallon first because I prefer a female, but like I said, I hear RAVES about dicker. Thank you so much - I'm so excited now that I switched!!
His name always makes me laugh lol.
I looked up Dr Fallon since I would like to find a GYN closer to home and she doesn't take my insurance - boo.
Another thing - I've heard horrible things about a lot of the practices that deliver in Rockland recently too - it's all over Facebook how people are looking to switch.

Yes...I don't know if you're a member but I frequent the Rockland Mommies page and it seems everyone is looking to switch out of the OB practices around here. That's where I got most of my recommendations from and it's a great resource.
Double check with Fallon on your insurance. When I checked my insurance's website it didn't list her as covered but I called both the insurance company and her office and both confirmed they take my insurance. I don't know why she doesn't come up as an option, but she is covered.
ETA: Yea, the names kill me. There is also another OB named Weiner in Bergen. I just cant bring myself to see a vagina doctor whose name is either Dr. Dicker or Dr. Weiner. I wouldn't be able to keep it together during visits
