Catering menu, what do you think?
Hi! Just wanted to get some opinions on what I was thinking ordering for an upcoming party I am hosting. There will be approx. 25 adults, and 10 kids.
1 full tray of Penne Vodka
1 full tray of Sausage & Peppers
1 full tray of Chicken Fingers & Fries (for the kids)
1 three foot Grilled Chicken & Red Pepper w/ Mozzarella hero
And then I was thinking of adding either 1 full tray of chicken francaise or 1 full tray of eggplant rolatine. Or maybe do half a tray of each?
I will also buy a big bag of salad at BJ's and have that on the side.
Thoughts?

Catering menu, what do you think?
Since you have the chicken in the hero, I would do the eggplant.
Oh and don't forget fruit!

LOL thanks. DH was going to BBQ but I was like forget it, too much stress on you to stand in front of a grill all day.
