If you were on Vitamin D before you got pg -
Did your OB want you to keep taking it once pg? What dose did they still allow you to take while pregnant? Getting faint HPT and on Vit D, so not sure what they would want me to do just yet. Will speak to Dr in AM of course.

If you were on Vitamin D before you got pg -
Vitamin d is extremely important when pregnant. Keep taking it. I think I was taking like 2000iu per day.

Yes vitamin D is so good for you! I take 4000iui. Most doctors say that 1000iui is good but holistic care doctors say that you need between 4000 - 6000 iui for optimal levels to effect your body. Check out Dr. Mercola and his findings on the importance of vitamin. D3
