When the shampoo girl is the one who applies the color
The tip question got me thinking. When I just get color and a blowout, my stylist mixes it for the shampoo girl/asst and she is the one who applies it and then shampoos it out and then brushed my hair before I sit for the stylist who will blow it out.
If the cost is about $100, what would you tip the stylist and the shampoo girl/asst?

In cases like this I don't accept a tip bc the assistant did everything. If this is norm then I wouldn't tip the stylist as all and only tip the assistant. Yes it's my formula but..courtesy is to give the assistant everything. Or the most would be 5 dollars for the mixing and formulation to main stykist xox
