Isagenix

Has anyone tried this? A woman at work uses it and says she lost a good amount of weight. She had her consultant e-mail me and we chatted, but it is pretty expensive. Just wondering if it's worth the money.

Also, I see the products on amazon and another website for half the price!

My cousin started selling these products to make extra money. She had me go on a call with her team leader. It was expensive so I never went for it but to me it didn't sound like a very sustainable long term diet. You are on shakes for most of the day and your dinner has to be light like grilled chicken/vegetables. To me it sounded similar to slim fast.

Re: Isagenix

It does work. I never did it but my FIL and DH did.
But just like anything else, they didn't stick to a sensible diet after finishing and gained everything back

I know friends who used it and were able to keep most of the weight off

I went on Isagenix after my 2nd baby and lost about 20 lbs & went down about 2-3 dress sizes I have been able to keep most of it off, as long as you stick to the maintenance diet. If you have any questions you can also FM me.

This! I lost about 18 pounds on it and looked and felt the best I had in YEARS! I kept the weight off for a year until I got pregnant in January. I plan on going back on it once I have the baby.

The magic is in the maintenance. Like anything else, you can't go back to eating like you did before and expect the results to be different.

For those of you that did the program and kept it off, what is the maintenance program like? Are you still doing 2 shakes a day?

For me it was one shake a day (usually breakfast), two meals from the approved food list (you can get real creative here and of course you can have the occasional treat) and one or two snacks from the approved list.

I also would do one day cleanses once or twice a month instead of the two day cleanses.
