Zoodles / vegetable pasta
Just used the vegetti pro to make zoodles for the first time. Sauteed it for couple of minutes in olive oil, garlic, ginger, and added some hot sauce. It was so good and satisfying. I don't know if I am going to be hungry in couple of hours but I know for sure I will be making it often. If you make vegetable pasta/zoodles, what are your favorite recipes? I don't use tomato sauce a lot so that rules out marinara etc.

That sounds good. Will try it some time. Today for lunch, I sauteed zoodles in sesame oil for couple of minutes and added left over broccoli and salmon. It was so good.

Really any way you make pasta just sub zoodles, hot or cold.
I do pesto, stir fry, vodka sauce, caprese...

pesto zoodles with roasted tomatoes
I did a peanut sauce that was really good but I can't seem to find the recipe. May have been a skinnytaste recipe, she has tons!

I just put in a pan with olive oil, an onion chopped and a tomato chopped up. so healthy.

I have a recipe I want to try with almond butter and crushed almonds...sort of pad Thai-esq. I love the skinny taste kung pao zoodles!
