What to serve with bbq pulled chicken?
How do your serve it and any suggestions for sides? It's honestly not my favorite bc of the mush factor but my grill is out of gas so I wanted something essay to throw in the cockpot. I just can't think of an appealing way to serve it?

On a roll. I usually serve it with baked beans, cole slaw, and mac & cheese.

I agree with above. Another yummy way to serve it is as tacos or quesadillas with some cheese, sliced or cooked red onion and even some pineapple for a little sweetness.

This sounds great! May have to try it with the leftovers.
I didn't have rolls so I did salad and garlic bread.

You can make empanadas and add cheese. The goya red package (found in freezer section) you can bake, brush with egg wash. It will be yummy!

My kids love corn casserole, so I serve it with that and a green salad. We freeze leftovers in small containers and use it to make pulled chicken wontons (using the pre made wonton wrappers). We've also done it in empanadas.
