Is this normal? And if so what to do
So today, I noticed my nipples are dry as can be, like I took my shirt off and it looked like I shed snake skin! Is this normal during pregnancy? And if so can I just use like normal lotion? I have the Aveeno cream I use for my legs, I also have coco butter for my stomach. Can I use these? Or is there a specific cream?

I haven't experienced any shedding lol but I have been using my cocoa butter stretch mark lotion on my belly and boobs/nipples since I got pregnant

Yes I had it and it was bad. I actually ended up using Eucerin Intensive Repair creme (in the jar). I put it on after taking a shower while my skin was a bit damp. It worked wonders for me.

Normal. I use the Palmer's Cocoa Butter on everything - my stomach, my boobs, nipples, upper thigh area....anywhere where I have dry skin or stretch marks could appear.

I would use a nipple cream, like Earth Mama Angel Baby or Honest Co.
