Mirena after Paragard?
So I was on birth control pills from 18-23. I kept bouncing from pill to pill and did really good on a controversial one (Yaz) but ended up feeling weird about the hormonal aspect of it.. & plus my periods kept acting weird and my ---drive was horrible. I researched and decided to get the Paragard IUD. It was not easy at first but ended up being great. My periods were heavy but consistent, my ---drive was back. I had it in for three years but a few months ago, I started getting uncomfortable during .. Super heavy periods for the past six months. I went to the gyn and they did a sono, saw that the IUD was out of place (almost out) so they had to take it completely out. She suggested I consider putting in the mirena because my heavy periods have been an issue for me in the past and may have caused the IUD to get pushed out, although she's not 100% sure.
My question is...
1) Has anyone ever had the Mirena placed after Paragard? Was it better/worse?
2) Can anyone who has the Mirena comment on the ---drive?
3) How about the no period thing? I feel like it would scare me to not have one at all...

Mirena after Paragard?
1) Can't comment I only had Mirena and now Skyla (made by Mirena but smaller)
2) frisky as ever
3) Had Mirena 5yrs and now I'm on the Skyla. Still no periods. Best thing EVER. Since I've always felt having a period was plan stupid to begin with.

Mirena after Paragard?
Been on Mirena since January due to heavy periods since having DS. Well I still get AF but it's just not as heavy. One day of heavy bleeding then light flow to spotting but it last a week still.
