Student State Test Scores
How do parents find out in your school/district?
Is there an online portal for parents like the NYCDOE?
Are they mailed scores? Are they still mailed scores in the NYCDOE?
My coteacher and I were trying to figure out how and if parents were told scores. Many of our parents had no clue.

We haven't received scores yet. Was told it could be weeks before we do. I have seen my districts scores online but don't know my child's. This was first year taking so not sure how we will be told the scores. I wonder what's taking so long. Have most districts told parents yet?

I know this is the digital age but I feel like a paper copy of scores should be sent to the parents as well.

I'm told the full report will be sent in hard copy as well just not sure when.

Definitely don't get hard copies with the first report card in my school.
Who decided to give a hard copy at your school? Was it something official or school made?
I'm going to say 90% of parents don't log on to the parent portal. Many don't know it exists and I'm going to say a good chunk don't have access to the Internet at home or even have a smartphone.

I think it's supposed to be city wide because that's the norm at the schools I've worked at and had friends work at.
