Please Help-Cat suddenly peeing everywhere

Long story short, my cat went to live at my parents' house after she scratched my then-newborn DS in the face. Transition was easy, she's been there without issue the past five years.

The last few weeks she has been peeing everywhere but her litter box. In clean clothes, on the floor in front of the litter box, on the floor in front of the Wee Wee Pads in front of the litter box...

My mother had changed litters to the one with Febreeze, so she changed it back. They bought a new litter box. Clean bill of health (and $800 later) at the vet.

My dad wants her out. We can't take her back because our apartment is too small. Everything was fine up until the last few weeks and I want to try and fix it. Please help! Thanks!

I would retrain her again. Let her be in the bathroom with everything she needs. Food, water, blanket, toys, etc.

Spend time in there with her, but really give her a chance to consistently use the litter box.

I had the same issues with my cat. This helped and nothing like clothing it bags could be left on the floor ever again.

She did end up being very sick a few months later though.
