I am looking for a small, non-shedding puppy that I purchase from a reputable breeder. I have tried NSAL, rescue organizations, and other shelters. I cannot find one that is a puppy. Since I refuse to buy one from a pet store/puppy mill, I am hoping for some recommendations to breeders.

Our first choice is a Havanese, but we would also consider any of the mixed small dogs (e.g, Matipoo, Cavanese). I care more about the personality of the dog and the fact that it is small and non-shedding.

Any leads?
