Prenatal Yoga
Anyone ever do it? This is my third pregnancy and I am having twins and I am gaining a LOT of weight already (only 19 weeks and gained 20lbs). I wanted to try to add something else to my normal 15 minute walking routine and thought prenatal yoga would be good....so if you took it or are taking it do you like it, does it help with anything? Is it worth it? Thanks ladies

I did it with my first and have continued with my second. I think it was single handedly the best thing I did while preggo

I bought 2 prenatal yoga DVD's and I feel really good - I had to give up kickboxing this pregnancy and I am just not a gym person at all. Definitely five it a try!
