Swollen hands?
How normal are swollen hands? I'm 32 weeks and yesterday is the first that I noticed my hands starting to swell. My feet have been swollen for weeks now but I just thought it was weird for my hands to start to swell.

Swollen hands?
I'm 18 weeks and have swollen hands already. I've had some issues with blood pressure being very up and down. Usually the hand swelling occurs when I haven't drank enough water. If I notice my rings are tight I increase my water intake and cool down. They also swell just in general in this heat for me. I mentioned it to my doctor he wasn't too concerned because the swelling isn't out of control

YES!!! It is super annoying too! My feet and hands have been swollen, but the hands are much worse. I'm 32 weeks as well.

Re: Swollen hands?
I had it too. Nothing trumped my feet but the hands were annoying and they hurt!

Re: Swollen hands?
Totally normal. I had it with my first and as of last week (31 weeks) I have it this time too. It's so bad I actually went up by 4 ring sizes. I think it mostly has to do with the humidity lately, but also make sure you're drinking enough water and keep yourself out of the heat.
