Quick meatloaf ?
If a recipe calls for onions. Do you cook your onions and then add to mix, or add raw onion into the mix??

Quick meatloaf ?
I use raw onions. I just try to cut them small and occasionally I put all thee veggies in the food processor bc the kids don't like any chunks.

Quick meatloaf ?
I hate onions and usually brown them a little, I think it also adds flavor, plus, I hate crunchy onions and wont eat them

I make a mixture of onion, carrot, and celery that I chop super small in my food processor and then slow cook until they are soft and browned. I actually do a lot at a time and put it in small containers to use as needed.
