Frustrated!
All our papers are in...
There is nothing more we can do...
They signed off on our loan...
We have been waiting for the bank attorney to sign ONE PIECE OF INTERNAL PAPER for almost a week now so we can finally set a closing date. We have SO much sitting in limbo until we have a closing date and I'm starting to lose my patience. When I spoke to the bank they told me they should have it by Friday (last week). I asked again on Friday and there was no answer. I asked this morning and she said by end of the day today but she thought all was on board for THIS WEDNESDAY! DH is working a weird schedule until this Sunday and he doesn't think he can get off any days (Wednesday is his only day off). I would hate to wait until next week but if that's what it is fine...JUST TELL ME WHEN WE'RE CLOSING!!!!
Small prayers or some fingers crossed for us we get a closing date soon. The suspense is KILLING me!!! Our bank is taking FOREVER!!!!

Positive vibes! This was over a month of garbage from the bank when we closed! Our initial closing was supposed to be 10/15. We didn't close until 11/20. To say I could have killed every person I spoke to is an understatement I was besides myself and was tempted to walk away I was so pissed! Hang in there! It's worth it in the end!!!

I feel your pain. The appraiser was scheduled for friday. The Appraiser said the agent didn't show up and the agent said the appraiser called her and told her that her kid was sick!!!!

Thanks ladies! We gave notice on our apartment and have to be out by November 1st. We have to give daycare notice 30 days in advanced and would like to tell them October 1st. Our contract said closing would be on or about September 15th and we have 30 days after that to close. It's SO annoying that it's ONE piece of INTERNAL paper! Our mortgage is already signed off on. UGH!
Thanks all for the support! It's so frustrating!
