It was chilly yesterday. But this was from Tuesday. It was much warmer.

I'm wearing a light dress, 3/4 sleeves, no jacket, bare legs and strappy sandals today.
I'm not cold at all.
It's dreary out, but not cold.
Walking around nyc you would think it was January. The number of full on puffer coats I saw was staggering.
I can't even imaging breaking out the goose down on a day like today.
Are people THAT cold?

I have a similar jacket. It isn't heavy like it appears to be. The hood is deceiving.
