What is your absolute favorite chicken breast recipe?
Chicken breast just doesn't excite me lol. Give me your single best recipe. Something you would maybe even serve to company.

We fry up cutlets. Then I cut up tomatoes and mix them with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning and some garlic powder.
I bake the cutlets with the tomato mixture over it for about 15 minutes. Sometimes I put mozzarella cheese on top too.

What is your absolute favorite chicken breast recipe?
One packet of Italian dressing mixed with 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Coat chicken and pour extra on top. Bake 350 for 55-60 minutes, broil the last 3 minutes. You will thank me later for this recipe- so freaking good.

Hi,
Do you use bone-in or boneless as 30 mins on 350 doesn't sound like enough time. Also you said one packet of Italian Dressing, do you mean a dry mix?

I can't say it's my favorite, but the one on the back of the Hellman's mayonnaise jar is really good. It's really easy and my daughter loves it.

What comes out bad? I actually use chicken cutlets, so it's a greater ratio of coating to chicken and it cooks quicker.

Oops, I didn't see this. I use boneless chicken breast and yes, you are right, 30 minutes was wrong, I went back and checked the recipe - its 55-60 minutes and yes, the dry packet mix of Italian dressing

What is your absolute favorite chicken breast recipe?
double breaded chicken cutlets. Fry in a mix of oil and butter that you've already just fried a chopped onion in. Before you fry the cutlets, take the onions out and place to the side. add more oil if needed. once chicken cutlets are fried- slice them up & place in a large pot of chicken broth, canned artichoke hearts, fresh sliced mushrooms and the aforementioned fried onions. let simmer for a while. Sometimes I add some flour to thicken it up. serve over egg noodles.
