And baby makes seven: Tori Spelling is expanding her family once again.
“It was a total surprise,” Spelling tells PEOPLE exclusively in this week’s issue of her impending fifth child with husband Dean McDermott. “But we always wanted a big family. I’m really excited.”
The pair are already parents to Liam, 9, Stella, 8, Hattie, 5 and Finn, 4. Dean also has an 18-year-old son, Jack, from his previous marriage.
“Dean was saying, ‘We just got Finn out of diapers; I thought we were in the clear!’ ” says Spelling, 43, with a laugh. “For the first time this year, they’re all in school. So it’s like, wow. We’re basically starting over.”

Regardless of the inevitable adjustments — “We need a Sprinter van!” says McDermott, 49 — the couple, who recently celebrated their 10-year anniversary, say baby number five is definitely meant to be.

Tori looks like a white Serena Williams in the pic of her in the yellow dress. Im all for having kids BUT medically this is a bad idea.

 love this. my favorite show, and so very appropriate.
she almost died with her last baby and said how traumitizing it was b/c the baby just before it were so close in age, she couldnt spend much time with that child b/c of her hospital stay and health issues.
they are always crying poverty too..

You don't leave room for surprises when you almost died having your FOURTH child. It's not like they had a child shortage. Keep your legs closed or you're going to have a whole gaggle of children with no mom.

I didn't realize she had a problem with her last birth. Hopefully she will have a healthy pregnancy and birth.
Her older DD's top is from Target. I know I saw it when looking for a yellow top. I shop at Target for my DD's clothes, but I didn't think celebs did. Kind of makes me like them more.

She keeps crying poverty, has lawsuits against her from not paying her bills, and almost died after her fourth child. I'm sorry to say, I am not happy for her. She is behaving quite irresponsibly. I feel badly for their kids.

I feel so bad for her kids. She was barely famous. Neither parent seems to work. They're going to grow up and try to do what? Act? I hope they all go to college and get good jobs.
