Ideas for Leftover Pot Roast?
Does anyone have ideas for ways to prepare leftover pot roast? I made one this weekend, and while it tasted great the day I cooked it, the meat was kind of gross a day later, at least I thought so.
I was thinking I could make a stew with the remainder, but any other suggestions?

How do you re-heat your left over Pot Roast?
I usually try to make enough gravy with it that I can just through the left over meat in gravy and re-heat it on the stove. It always still tastes yummy to me that way.
I've tried re-heating in the microwave with just a little bit of gravy on it and I never enjoy it as much.

The gravy must be the problem. There wasn't that much left, so I tossed it. I probably should have kept what I had though, next time I'll try that.
I think the hunk of meat that's left is destined for a stew--without the gravy it doesn't taste that good.

That's what we do too.
