Should I call the doctor?

I have been feeling the twins on and off since 16 weeks some days more others less. 2 days ago they were wild. Today I slipped in the shower, didn't fall I braced myself with the wall. I haven't felt them move today, should I my doctor? I'm 22 weeks but haven't felt a consistent pattern yet to know what's normal

Lay down, put your feet up, drink some juice and see if that helps. If not, then I'd call. They may tell you it's too soon to worry but I would think more likely they would want to check you out.

Thanks! I'm heading home from work. I'm just so sore from the pinched nerve in my back and then I slipped and my knee twisted making matters worse

Hope you feel better and all is fine. I'm sure I will forever be the 'when in doubt, call' advocate. It's the only reason dd2 is here and healthy today.

Thank you!! Right now they are having me rest and drink water. I'm not cramping or bleeding and didn't fully fall, just slipped and broke the fall with the wall. I have an appointment in the morning and was told to go to L&D this evening should I start spotting or cramping. I felt one kick from baby A and 3 from baby B within the last 2 hours so that was a little comfort just wish I was feeling them all over like I have been

My OB always says to drink an entire glass of orange juice or chocolate milk and then lay down. You should feel an increase in movement.

Chat Icon If you didn't hit your belly, or actually fall, I really think it's all ok.
