On Wednesday it was announced both parties' lawyers came to an amicable agreement in December but details would not be disclosed. I think the story was she was driving and a car was stopped in her lane, so as she drove to go around that car, the little boy walked out from in front of the stopped car and she hit him b/c she didn't see him. I don't remember that she fled the scene, but that does sound familiar.

Sounds like a few versions of the story out there, sounds though like she accepted the guilty charges, etc. That rental car thing seems weird too.
She is beautiful, I saw her in NYC once, so pretty! He's hot - they do make a nice couple, if they last!

Me too.
I've been watching Vanished, and I have to say, I don't think she's aging well at all. Maybe it's just the role she's playing, but she looks hard, not as pretty as she used to be at all.
