Bedroom Makeover- What order of tasks?
I'm finally about to begin redoing my bedroom. There are three major parts:
- I'm going to paint. - I'm going to stain and replace the hardware on the furniture. - I'm going to paint the inside of the closet (a different color from the room) and install a new closet organizer.
I do not know what to do first. It's not practical to take the furniture out of the room to stain it so maybe do that first? Currently DH has the whole closet while I took the closet in our spare bedroom. But last week I redid that room to be an office/man cave for him and he suggested switching closets.
I have been obsessing about this for too long so any tips are appreciated.

I'd paint first, then stain the furniture. The last thing you want to do is get paint drip marks on the furniture after you've sanded and stained and poly'd - --just the thought of it makes me want to cry !! lol

LOL, good point. I was actually thinking the opposite in case I got stain on the walls, but it is much more likely that I would get paint on the furniture!
