RP from Parenting: BTDT moms - what were your first signs of labor?

I never went into labor with DS since I was induced. I'm just curious for those who has BTDT, what were your earliest signs that you were in labor? Were there signs that stood out days or hours prior to going into labor? Anything that happened leading up to your water breaking or your contractions starting?

I had really bad lower back pain all day then my water broke that night looking back now and knowing I had back Labor I think I was in labor all day just didnt realize it cause it wasn't strong enough yet.

I lost my mucus plug a day or two prior. That was it.

Irregular contractions followed by losing my mucus plug a couple of hours before I left for the hospital. The contractions were totally irregular but because they could be anywhere from 2-7 minutes apart I went. She was born 6 hours later by C-section because I developed HELLP syndrome.

I lost my mucus plug 2 days before and the day of I had really bad lower back pain. The day before my underwear was all wet but I thought I just had bad discharge. But it ended up that my water broke veru slowly and when I had the lower back pain I was actually in labor all day.

I was induced for DS 1 as well.

For DS 2, I lost my mucous plug and had contractions pretty regularly two days before (we went to the hospital, were told we were having a baby that night, they started fluids and the contractions stopped). We came home and I slept a little. The next day was a Friday and I felt yucky and was up all night. DS 2 was born at 7:30pm the next day.

At my 38w appt I felt like complete garbage - so much lower back pain, cramping (but not real contractions), feeling like the baby was super low and about to fall out, exhausted/clammy/sickish. She said it was totally normal for 38w...later that day the cramps turned into the sporadic contractions, then I began to lose my plug, and then my water broke in the early evening. So it started quickly but I ended up with a stalled labor, induced twice, took 2 days to get to 4cm dilated (water broke Tues night, had the epi on Thurs morning) and then ended up with a C-section Thurs night after a version and still the baby wouldn't come out.
