For the first time, I'm going to say no to this look on her. That dress looks like a doiley my grandmother made in 1935. The neckline is too high. She looks like a nun on top and has Angelina Jolie leg on the bottom. Just no.

I will agree that the neckline is a little high. I could see this as a boatneck looking amazing.
That being said, I think she looks incredible. She really is so beautiful and so classy.

Paris looks fabulous in it, too! I will say I'm surprised these two have any fashion overlap though.
