chopping your hair
I have always had long hair, as far as I remember, I cut 7" and now want to cut more,thinking shoulder length. Has anyone regretted it after or happy with their decision?

chopping your hair
I always had long hair. Then after my wedding in 2010, I chopped it to my shoulders and never looked back. It's so much easier for me to handle shorter. Go for it.

i had long hair myself for years
and a few weeks ago i cut 4 inches off my self

I've had long hair my whole life right above my butt. A few years ago I took off 10 inches and donated it. It was a little above my shoulders. I've grown in back and now its down the middle of my back. My dh is more obsessed with my hair than I am and he doesn't want me to go short again but it really is much easier.

My hair goes to my mid back. I've cut it shorter before but always grow it out. I see long bobs and love them but don't think they're right for my face.

It really all depends on your face shape.
I never look good with short hair- my face is too round.
Some people have the face for it though

I agree. You have to have the right kind of hair too. Mine is too thick and curly for a short look and I look like a triangle head if I cut it (think Whitney Houston circa 1989).
I love it on the right face shape and hair texture though! Rock it if you can!

So my hair has always been crazy long and curly (I get a bodywave). I decided I wanted a change after I lost weight and cut it to just above shoulder-length. I love love love love itttttt! When I get it trimmed sometimes it's too short for a week but then I'm fine with it. I just can't see myself going back to my long azz hair. I get so many compliments on it and it's so easy to do now. With that said, I lost weight so I felt like my face didn't feel quite as round and I could rock it. I cut my hair super short a few years back and hated it because I felt like it made my face rounder.
This was my inspo and very similar to what I'm rocking. I lightened my hair as well so it's pretty similar in color.

My hair was very long all my life until I was about 40. When I first cut it to an in between length, I didn't really like it but I was actually happier when I cut it more, to above shoulder length. Now, 8 years later, I am back at the in between length and I'm keeping it like this for now and I like it more.

I've gone in with my hair to my butt and walked out like pink. Do it. It's hair and grows back.
I'm itching for a major chop. I cut 6.5 inches last spring and it's long again. I have a love hate relationship with it. Lol.
