Over the knee boots?
Are over the knee boots supposed to fit very snug or can they be slouchy? My DH bought me a pair and I'm not sure how they are supposed to fit. I went on Pinterest and they all looked skin tight.

They can go either way.
I have one that aren't snug. My tall coworker has ones that are snug.
