Anyone else feel weird about their 3d ultrasound pic?
I was at my doctor's office yesterday and had a sono. The ultrasound pic always scares me a bit. I find things I worry are wrong. I did this with my first and the baby came out fine of course. But for about 8 weeks I was worried something was wrong with my baby's face. Yesterday they did a quick 3d image of the face (never had that) and it just worried me a bit. I asked the tech if the face seemed ok or normal to her and she said yes of course! I tried googling other's images and can see many before and afters that also look weird before (but not after), to alleviate some of my thoughts. But has anyone felt this?

Anyone else feel weird about their 3d ultrasound pic?
My Dr never did 3D for me, but when I see other people post 3D pics, a lot of them look distorted. I think it's difficult to get a perfect 3D image.

Yes. I think I understand what you mean. My 3D sono with my DD made her look like a lumpy alien.
And I got so freaked out by my second DS's sono picture, especially the head on shot with the eye lenses. DH had to hide it and he never let me see it again. My DS looked like a scary bloated clown.
Both babies came out looking totally normal.
If there was something wrong, I'm sure the doctor would tell you.

No offense to anyone who got a 3D sono, but they all look creepy as hell. All of them. They switched to 3D at my 20 week and I audibly gasped when they pulled up the picture. Now I may be biased, but DD is cute as a button and not creepy/weird looking at all.

Yes I got a few 3D images from my anatomy scan and he looks very weird. The eye and head area are actually scary looking I thought. Yet the doctor said everything with him appears 100% normal.

Anyone else feel weird about their 3d ultrasound pic?
3D makes all babies look creepy. I don't like them. My cousin is a sono tech and loves showing me pics of them since she knows how much they freak me out. I've never seen a cute 3D sono pic.
