Has anyone liked a doctor at consult but not after procedure performed?

Read plenty reviews and went to consult with dr. He recommended what first dr did, went with this dr for pretty serious procedure. On procedure day, Never acknowledged patient with even a hello and even asked to remind him why the procedure was being done. This is for family member. I found the dr with all my research for family member and I feel awful. Procedure has to be monitored closely now and really just wondering if this dr is just too busy. Wish I had seen this before choosing him. Has anyone been through this?

I'm sorry that happened. I have had it happen where I research a doctor and then didn't like him after my visit. But it was not a procedure of any kind so it was easy to just not go back. I hate that there's no centralized directory of doctors and reviews. There are a few different sites, but its really hard to find a good doctor.
