Chemical Pregnancy

I was wondering if anyone who has had a chemical pregnancy could help me out.

I was just diagnosed with one on Monday. My Blood test came back with a level 5 which was on the border line the dr said so he wants me to take another one this week but I took another pregnancy test this morning and it came back negative.

I guess my questions are:

When can you start BDing again?Did your Dr make you wait a specific amount of time?

Should I still go for my second round of blood work knowing that I got a negative on a HPT?

I feel like AF is coming today so would this be considered a real period or something else?

I am sorry this questions seem out of wack and I am probably making so sense but I have been though so may emotions over the past week I am not sure which way is up anymore. Any additional comments about chemical pregnancies would be wonderful.

U can start BD'ing again right away. It was really early on and a chemical pregnancy is like your period anyway.

If your beta is below 5 that is not pregnant so you can probably try again. I woudl deouble check with your DR

My beta level was a 5. The doctor would like for me to get another blood test but i took a pregnancy test this morning and it came back negative.

You can start again right away - assuming you feel up to it mentally.

Chemical pregnancy just means that the fertalized egg was not 'good'. So, its just like your regular period...

I am a bit confused. Do you still have AF or not with Chemical Pregnancy?

I had bleeding on Sat that lasted for just that day. Since then I have had some spotting but nothing I would even need to wear a pad for. Sorry to be gross. My dr said he thinks thats all the bleeding I will do. He wants me to go and get another blood test since my one last week only read a 5. I took a HPT this morning and it came back negative. I would like to try again as soon as possible but I am a little unsure of how my cycle is going to work now and if it is going to be out of wack. I would have gotten my period the beginning of last week with my ovulation being around the 15th but now I am afaid it is going to be thrown due to the chemical pregnancy.
