BCAA supplements
Does anyone use BCAAs before/during/after a workout? Does it make a noticeable difference?
I have PCOS, and I haven't found any information to show if it adds to symptoms or not, so I tried them very briefly but stopped. I keep hearing about the supplement, /@ in wondering if I should start again or if there's really any benefit to them.

BCAA supplements
I use them during my workouts. I have no idea if it is making a difference, but my DH got me into the habit of adding it to my water and now I am hooked.

BCAA supplements
I use Alpha Amino by C4. I use it for hydration and recovery while training for my half marathons. I suffer from exercise induced migraines and it has helped quite a bit.

I use Steel Nutrition BCAA's because they have no fillers. They are amazing.
