positive opk on cd9??

Is this normal...last two months I got a positive on day 11...yesterday was the first test I took this month and got a positive and it was only day 9...so we bd last night and will again tonight etc...but if my luteal phase is 14 days that means I will get AF in 24 to 25 days....this can't be normal?

I was at the gyn yesterday too before I tested and she says everything seems fine and it has to be a year of trying before they do anything. Since its only been 6 months, I have a few months to go. I think I'm giving it until January and then I'm begging for some help of some kind!

it can be normal from what I know. even the directions in the test kit give the day to test for shorter cycles. Everyone is different. I think you did the right thing by going with your test results and BDing away! !!!!

Everyone is different. Yes, it is possible to O that early in your cycle, and it can change a bit from month to month.

Keep in mind you can get a positive up to 36 hours before you O so that would take you some where closer to 11-12 days which is more "normal" There really is no such thing as normal but you should ask your Dr if you find your AF changing after many years of teh same pattern. GL!
