Hair Dryer to use in Europe

SO I usually take my hair dryer with me and use the adapter but it never seems to work the way it does here -probably the change in voltage. This time around I am thinking that maybe I could buy a travel hair dryer and take that with me but it would have to be comparable to my current heavy duty babybliss one - anyone have a travel solution for me?

What country are you traveling to? This past summer I was in a few countries and brought my straightening iron (which also used to give me trouble) and I had no issues using it with the convertor at all.

As for the hair dryer I ended up buying one over there a few years ago so I just use that when I travel. Even though I still have to use the convertor in a few places it works much better.

Thanks - going to the UK - probably best to buy one over there and use it when I travel - I just wish I could get one on amazon before I leave that would actually work as well as the one I have here - hate having bad hair days on vacation thank you!!

I always find the adapters to not work very well. I wound up buying a small travel hair dryer once while in Europe.
