landscape designer?
We hate the ugly bushes in our front yard, and want to do something more modern. Do you hire a designerm or can your regular landscaper do it? I have no idea where to start

landscape designer?
We had an obscene amount of bushes and shrubbery in the front of the house that we bought. You could barely see the front of the house and we were losing more than half of our front yard to all the shrubbery. Year after year we slowly pulled out bushes. Then one year we were able to pull out everything that was left at the end of the season and then the following spring we installed sod. Gave us a clean slate to do what we want but because we did it piece meal wasn't as much of an expense. Now that we have the sod in place we can see the yard for what it is and take it step by step. A good regular landscaper can help you with the design. Mine are always mentioning ideas. But really we have no idea what we want. I look at Pinterest and online for ideas and just hold onto all the pictures. Many garden centers will do a landscape design for you if you purchase from them.

This. My landscaper is gojng to do all that for us this spring. I know he does our neighbor across the street and their front yard was beautiful last year.

We use our landscaper who has a good vision. He has a good eye and didn't pay extra fees for a landscape designer.

I haven't personally used them, but I know numerous people that have and had great experiences. No idea on pricing, but they do beautiful work. The address listed is the owner's house, which is like a showcase.
