Im probably not but filet mignon is on sale at fairway this week for 6.99 lb!! ( have the butcher trim the fat and cut it for you , otherwise the precut steak is 12.99/lb! )
i stocked up on it yesterday. we will be eating that alll week!

If you're cooking for valentine's day
I am making heart-shaped mini meatloaf with heart-shaped roasted potatoes. For dessert: a raspberry-swirl bundt cake frosted with ganache and little heart sprinkles. I cut two thin slices and place it on the dish in the shape of a heart.

We are going out alone on Saturday night, leaving the kids with a sitter. Tomorrow night is family dinner- heart shaped pizza wit salad, brownies & ice cream for dessert.

 No I slice the potatoes really thick and use a cookie cutter. Then, the dome-shaped outer ends I just kind-of sculpt into hearts.

We're doing skirt steaks and asparagus. Pretty much what we'd regularly eat on a Tuesday

Ok so I was so sick of potato waste and after posting this, I just decided to sculpt each potato by hand. First I peeled the potatoes, shaped, then sliced them. I took the carvings and made french fries! lol
