Pedicure in this Winter Weather
So how exactly do I do this? I'm going to FL this weekend and want a pedicure but there's no way I wear sandals to and from the nail salon this weather. I know I can wear boots and make sure my nails are very, very dry before leaving but I feel like I still get smudges.

Stay under the dryer as long as you can then have them wrap your toenails With plastic wrap before you put your socks on.

I wear regular shoes and bring flip flops. Then leave in the flip flops since it is like 5 minutes from my house.

Bring Essie Good to go topcoat. Dries fully in like 1 minute. No joke.

This is what I do...only walking from the nail salon to the car & then from the car to the house...no big deal!

Pedicure in this Winter Weather
I wear regular boots and then leave the salon in flip flops. I had a pedicure this Saturday night and it was super cold. It was only a minute or tw to ge to the car and then in the house.

A friend of mine made me these. I live in the city and have to walk a few blocks back to my place. I love them!

I went to a random nail place in garden city once and they gave them out at Christmas. Genius!

Pedicure in this Winter Weather
I went a few weeks ago before my cruise and totally forgot to bring flip flops and had my uggs on. I sat under the dryer for awhile and they put a fast drying topcoat. Not a single smudge. It's been over 2 weeks and they still look great.

Re: Pedicure in this Winter Weather
I usually just suffer with the flip flops to the car and blast the heat on my toes on the drive home lol
but I have forgotten my flip flops before and just dry for longer, put the oil and they wrap my toes in plastic wrap. No issues

Re: Pedicure in this Winter Weather
I'm telling you people- Essie's Good to Go. Your polish will be dry in a flash- and sooo shiny it always gets mistaken for a gel mani
