I think there are an awful lot of people who don't understand why this is a big deal. Is there a somewhat unbiased source that explains it simply and concisely? If there isn't, there should be.

I'm surprised he is announcing this. There's a reason why the FBI never comments on ongoing investigations and it's so people can't cover their tracks. I hope they have something big that links them and that's why he's talking, but either way, this is very scary.

I know we're only about 2'ish months in but at what point do we start saying "enough is enough"???
This administration is chock full of lies, deceit, and shadiness. Trump is a lying piece of $hit with the brain capacity of a toddler and in just a few short weeks, he has proven time and time again just how little understands about government, the economy, and foreign relations. I feel like Washington is spinning out of control under Trump and there is just NO way this can continue for 4 years!!
I sincerely hope that the FBI finds something SO damning about Trump's ties to Russia that the ONLY recourse will be to have him removed from office before any significant damage can be done. HE IS OUT OF CONTROL.
BTW....................Trump's lunatic tweeting today as all of this was unfolding shows that he's in a panic. People who are innocent and truthful have no reason to CONSTANTLY try to divert attention, blame others, cry "fake news", and finger point at others. He KNOWS he's guilty as sin of something and he's panicking because the FBI is getting closer and closer to exposing him for the lying, cheating, fraud that he is. I cannot wait. Watching him self destruct gives me such pleasure. I cannot stand this a$$hole on any level.

It was a public hearing. I'm glad he finally admitted there's an investigation but aside from that he really didn't reveal anything.
